What does it say about me if...

I get more calls and emails from friends and family about Black Friday deals during the week of Thanksgiving than at any other time during the year?

It seems I have developed a nice little reputation as someone who knows where all the good deals are on Black Friday.

Friends and family who I rarely talk to during the year called or emailed this week asking where the Black Friday deals were. All this stop and made me think about what other people think of me.

Odd. Perhaps not. Interesting? For sure.

When do people call or get in touch w you the most?

These guys at Princeton threw a keg party but didnt tell the Freshman they were drinking O'Douls!

Apparently the current name of this blog has confused some people. When I started this site, I had thought about the name for just a few minutes before I named it. I wanted it to be catchy, easy to remember, etc. but apparently it has also confused some people.

Video of Woman Who Thinks She Won't Have to Pay Her Mortgage If She Votes for Obama

Watch this video and leave a comment to let me know what you think of this. Maybe I am missing something here or interpreting what she is saying incorrectly. But it sounds like she thinks she wont have to pay for gas or pay her mortgage if she votes for Barack. I am an Obama supporter but I have to admit this is strange.

Indian Group on Britian's Got Talent

If It's November That Means Black Friday

This may sound strange to some people, but for some reason there is a bit of a tradition that developed over the years in my family as I was growing up. It has to do w Black Friday which as you know is the day after Thanksgiving which typically signals that the holiday shopping season is in full swing.

Anyway, I think maybe I get a little fired up b/c I like the rush you get when you know you just got a great deal on something. So, the point of all this is to share the websites I look at to find good deals both during the holiday season and throughout the year.

Slickdeals - one of the best sites on the internet to find deals on pretty much anything

Black Friday Info - one of the best sources for whats on sale specifically on Black Friday; this site really gets useful as the month of November progresses and the retailers begin making their Back Friday sales public. You have to keep checking back throughout the course of the month for updates.

Take a look at these You Tube favorites to get an idea of the quality local news programming you can get if you live in certain parts of the country.
